Rev. LaTeka Graham is an ordained minister, strategist, author, and mentor dedicated to equipping leaders to thrive in both ministry and marketplace. With a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and over 15 years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, LaTeka brings a unique blend of spiritual depth, practical expertise, and heartfelt encouragement to everyone she serves.

As the founder of LRG Ministries and Whole Women Lead, LaTeka specializes in:

   •    Ministry Leadership Training – inspiring and equipping leaders to serve with integrity, resilience, and Christ-centered vision.

   •    Business Strategy Consulting – helping small businesses and ministries develop pricing plans, contracts, and strategic roadmaps for sustainable growth.

   •    Spiritual Formation – providing scripture-based devotionals, mentorship, and mental health coaching that nurture leaders in both their personal faith and professional callings.

In addition to her ministry work, LaTeka serves as a Finance Department Leader for a non-profit organization, where she has faithfully worked, and has served in non-profit leadership for approximately 15 years. Her passion for excellence in stewardship, governance, and strategy flows seamlessly into her ministry leadership training, ensuring that leaders are prepared both spiritually and organizationally.

LaTeka is also a soon-to-be-published author with her first devotional book, With Uplifted Hands – Rest: A 30-Day Encouragement for Ministry Leaders, releasing soon. This work reflects her heart for helping leaders find renewal, courage, and strength through biblical rest.

Beyond her professional and ministerial roles, LaTeka treasures her calling as a wife of 20 years and a mother of two. Her home life fuels her compassion for developing strong, faith-filled families and her conviction that leadership begins first with faithfulness in the home.

With every sermon, consultation, and written word, Rev. LaTeka Graham seeks to guide leaders back to Christ—the true source of rest, renewal, and resilience.
