Group Training
We partner with churches to cultivate a unified, effective leadership culture. Through tailored, on-site training, we help your ministry team align its mission, bridge communication gaps, and build a foundation of excellence that empowers every member to serve effectively. There are several options for how the training occurs such as: once a week classes for 6 weeks, 2 Saturday 3-hr classes, or 1 6-hr group class.
Individual 6-Week Virtual Intensives
Receive personalized coaching in an intimate, online setting. These 6-week sessions are designed for individual leaders who are ready to do the deep work of self-reflection and professional growth. Held conveniently via Zoom, these sessions provide the focused guidance you need to sharpen your skills and sustain your calling.
